Stazi, if it seems I was a little "off" when I came to drop off the grille it was only because I was followed for about 7 miles all the way into downtown romeo by an Oakland County copper. very disturbing I might add considering my license is still yanked  Dude you did seem "displaced" I was think you smoked a Hydro on the way over or something. 'eh...from the reports ive read, the cops in livonia are among the highest paid and most effective in the state of Michigan, but nevertheless, the local cops arround here are still cool, and most people get pulled over for just about any type of cockamamie BS that the pig can makeup..i just get lucky, knock on wood

35% tint hasn't caused me any problems. Both myself and my wife have been pulled over in the car for other reasons and the city cops said nothing about the tint.

I know roger.. and 1% doesnt help lol......I feel for you beyond...I right now have 5% on the back and 18% on the 4 windows....but if i can get a doctors note soon im gonna go 5% all the way around and 50% front window.....BTW...do you know of where could i get the note??? my eye doctor??

Yeah I have been pulled over 2 times for my tint. Both times have been by the State Trropers, I hate those *******s!!! The first time I had 20% on my fronts and I got hit by a female one and she asked me where I was going and I was going to skool running kinda late and she said she would only take a minute and went back to her car. Like 10 minutes later she came back with the ticket, I was soooo pissed, for one I got a ticket and 2 I was late for class. The second time I was hit I was pulling into Senate Coney Island when all of a sudden I see a cop get behind me when I parked. He shined his light and asked for my ****. The guy tells me that it looks sweet, but still gives me a ticket!!! I got the mirror fade tint. So he gave me a ticket and then had balls to go in there and eat where I was meeting with my parents. I went and got it back on though. It looks stoopid with just the back windows tinted. The cop told me that you can't even have that mirror tint on your back windows. That boggles me because I have noticed that the new Lexus SUV's come with the mirror tint, what's up with that!? Anyways, I hate State Cops, they seem to be the only one's who care. Whenever I am on the Xpress Way, I roll with the windows down.

I hear that but it's getting too cold for all that lol. with your windows down and an outside temp of 10 degrees, the police are definitely going to be suspicious. but i agree, I would rather my windows not be tinted at all if I can only have the back ones tinted.

Yeah, I hear that, but mainly I don't take the Xpress way. The only time is basically when I am running late for skool. It is better than having to waste my time dealing with the ticket and getting it done again, I dunno, that's just my opinion. I try to stay away from the Xpress way, hehe. I think that they should just legalize tinting, there isn't anything wrong with it.

the prob with those perscriptions is that you cant drive after dark unless you get one saying your skin is allergic to the sun. just something i learned. what you could do is just drive with one tinted and if you get pulled over just say your in the process. gotton me out of 2 but i got one fix-it ticket but i didnt fix it and paid the fine.
