Yeah, I hear that, but mainly I don't take the Xpress way. The only time is basically when I am running late for skool. It is better than having to waste my time dealing with the ticket and getting it done again, I dunno, that's just my opinion. I try to stay away from the Xpress way, hehe. I think that they should just legalize tinting, there isn't anything wrong with it.
