About what time do you all expect to be passing through K-zoo? I'll have my group right off I-94 at exit 72...that's the first exit WEST of US-131. I don't know how many people I'll have, probably no more than 10 max and I wouldn't mind linking up with everyone else. My scheduled departure time is 11:30am...if you folks are coming through any time after 11am why not pull in for a break? It's easy off, easy on...exit 72, turn right and the Speedway will be just ahead on the left. Perfect place for bathroom/drink stop etc.
I wouldn't want to push my departure time up at this point in the game, just in case other enthusiasts from other clubs are already planning on 11:30.
What do you think? From here we will still have about 45 minutes to the meet...leaving at 11:30 would put us there around 12:15. And if you want we could make my stop the "catch up" spot for anyone separated or behind schedule.
Opinions??

"Catch up" spot.....are you trying to make this into a race?! Okay, I'll set up the rules. We'll divide into 2 classes, and each class will have 3 catagoeies. Modified Group 1: "Don't care about my life, as long as I'm there first" Group 2: "85-ers" Group 3: "Slow Lane" Stock Group 4: "Don't care about my life, as long as I'm there first" Group 5: "85-ers" Group 6: "Slow Lane" Once on the expressway, we leave in this order. 1, 4, 2, 5, 3, 6. And if someone get's pulled over, it is completely acceptable to point and laugh. However, it is also acceptable to throw a fit and start punching the closest people/objects to you (just not the cars) if you feel the need. Disclaimer **this is a joke**

I have suspension & exhaust mods but the engine is still completely stock...also I'm on street tires. Would I be in stock or modified? Also, I don't have a snell 95 helmet...I may just have to take a different way altogether

Hmmmmm....tough call, but I think I gotta throw you into "Modified" just cuz of the exhaust...and to better my own chances I just got home tonight from driving around. Actually we followed a drunk driver around, and called 911 to tell them. B@stards never came after like a half hour!! But the guy got off I75, onto 11 mile then on a side street, so we figured we were home. I was driving my car, with 2 other friends in the car. We raced a Lexus goin South on I75. We took it up to about 125-130 and I ended up winning by about 2 cars. We turned around, and found a slightly modified Miatta. Actually I could only tell exhaust. Tried to get home to go with me, but he wouldn't for about 10 minutes. Up around Chrysler HQ, he finally decided to play, hehe. That one was closer...whoever took off first would take the lead by about 3 cars, but no matter what I'd catch back up in 4th gear. Then comin back down 75 again, hehe, on that "straight away" in front of Chrysler HQ, I got it up to 135 or so. Both my friends were actually saying Hail Mary's house loud, haha. Then I decided I should call it a night....and a morning and went home.
