No sweat, You definitely have met me before. It was at the 12 Oaks mall. I have the red 98 cobra with the spoiler removed. I am also Marc's(svt2000) best friend. You were probably thinking me as the owner with the black 98 cobra and he is definitely a big guy in that case. Speaking of your cobra. It's no slush at the drag strip just as it sit. My buddy's 95 turned 14.3@98 mph all day at Milan when his car was backfiring half way down the track(faulty MAF). Actually you should bring it down to Norwalk on Oct 12th for Smackdown and have some fun with it. E-mail me if you want more detail.

At the line they'd purge the N20, and everybody would think "here comes a pass on the juice", but the guy would turn it off and run a 12.XX straight up. Afterwards, they'd make all these side bets for runs on the street after the show. When the money was laid down, they'd run on the juice to the tune of 10.XX and clean everyone out. Damn it. What are you trying to do, ruining my reputation? C'mon, not everyone needs to know.

tcobra, yeah, I definately remembered your car, I guess I was just picturing the other guy I was talking to Marc the other day about Smackdown, I wish I could go, but I am already taking off too many days this year (going to the USGP, and I am going to Cali for Christmas :D) I really do need to run the Cobra, just to see where its at, but I have some things I want to do first, like go over the rear end, make sure none of the bushings are shot, etc. (I suspect the UCA bushings are not good) and flush the brakes. As to taking bets on fastest lap times, I must admit I am full of sh . . . stuff and I don't want to lose any money (I don't wanna see Silver Snake lose all his money either :D)

Sign me up, I'm sure I could recruit a few others here at SVT if you're interested.

I might be able to help out some since I've broke/replace enough parts on my car already. See you on sunday. I might be up for some side bet. What would high 33s lap time get me?

you guys better watch out, I got some racin' shoes yesterday, they automatically knock 4 seconds off my already blistering lap times (just ask Silver Snake, he saw the shoes!) I may be up for some of that betting action after all just face it, y'all just cain't hang! Hey tcobra, any old parts (still decent :D) you wish to donate to my cause would be fine I am actually pretty sure of where I want the car to be when I am done, its just a matter of getting there financially, and time wise

You are more than welcome to look through my garage. There is this one part you might be interested; I do have a brand new 31 spline true-trac posi that's never been in the car(old one was destoryed so trac-tech replaced it with a new one). That posi is the strongest posi you can find in the market(equivalant to the qualife that goes in the contour); it just wasn't strong enough for my application. We can talk about that at kart2kart if you are interested.
