I actually think the CSVT's upset a few Cobra and Lightning owners. Waterford is a great track for the CSVT as it's really not about power put handling. I was chasing a guy in a Lightning and couldn't get by him on the straight away because either he could out accelerate me or was blocking me. What he didn't understand was that I could easily out brake him and after 3 laps of deep braking his brakes started to smoke and he pulled into the pits. Lightnings have good brakes but stopping over 4000 lbs over and over will definitely tax their brake system more than the CSVT's.
Later he told me that no 4 door 6 cylinder was going to pass him no matter what!
Makes me laugh....
Wish more of you could have been there but the 4 of us that were there had a blast!
