Well, whoever said that a z28 will run very low 13's is full of crap. My friends brother has a 94 z28 LT1, which is the vette engine, not the standard z28 engine, and it only runs 13.7 with full exhasut. Another guy I know with a 95 ws-6 LT1 transAm barely broke 14. Now he runs in like 12.9...but that is with full exhuast, new computer, cam work, and drag radials. A stock z28 will run around 14 flat, just like the new mustang GT's. If you want a pure performance car, get a z28, mustang gt, or cobra. If you want something that has performance, 4 doors, and all those other features like your svt did, then go with something like the audi. The new A4 with a 3.0 and 6-speed manual starts at 25k! That is about what the svt's were. That's what I'd be looking at if I were you...they even have dual exhuast....and i looooove dual exhaust....
