main street might work tho... I have been up there like every night with 4-10 cars just chillin... as long as you don't block the sidewalk and don't blast your music you're golden... I talked to a cop there yesterday actually... we crusied for a bit too, 6 of us packed tight 2 rows of 3 side by side. we passed the cops a couple times... we were going a little less than 20 and they didn't do anything. So i dunno...
