I work in Plymouth, take 696 from Groesbeck all the way down to 275. I run about 6:30 am or so (hey I run late sometimes) 696 is my personall racetrack in the summer. I have had my bike to 140, a friends bike to 175. Yes 175mph, you have read it right. 99 Yamaha R1, with some tricks. I drive a Silver SVT (everyday I might add, unless I can ride one of my bikes) It has 50,000 miles on it today.

I drive the 696 m-f at or near the 7:20-7:30am range going to work.. and at or near the 5:00-5:15pm range coming home. I agree on both viewpoints of stree racing and highway racing... The bottom line is judgement. Whether an old lady or a 16 year old pulls out on you/ cuts you off/ swerves towards your lane or what have you... The bottom line is your own judgment caused you to be in the specific situation under those circumstances. So in all fairness to your driving preferences. !!!!!!BE SAFE!!!!!!

I hear ya Judge. 696 is probably the best road to drive fast on because it is sooo wide and smooth. It's especially fun going thru the "tunnels" too. I may have seen you when you were on your bike. Do you weave inbetween the cars? If you do...you've got some ballz.

And they are made of Ti. Yea probably was me, my Buell is solid black, loud as hell. The other bikes, well I will leave them out of this, but if I was on one wheel, you bet it was probably me. The R1 wheelies at 120 without a problem.....see ya

Judge - Is it a Buell Blast? I'm starting to know my bikes, I helped out on Motown Harley-Davidson/Buells website so I've learned alot about bikes in the past few months

Nah, it is a White Lightning, I ordered it in Black, has polished rims, tons of polished aluminum and some carbon fiber. I bought it from Motown.
