*sounding dramatic* After seeing VenomSVT's Contour I was stricken with the beauty of this car. I wanted one for months. Now that my capital POS died on me. I was left with no choice, but to leave my Contour behind. They were hard to find (none in this state)among other things so I could not find one in the alotted time. That left me with the SVT's cousin. A Ford....a Ford....a Ford.....Focus. I know I know I know. You dont have to say it. I actually tried to get a SVT focus, but they weren't having that. So I got a '02 focus se. So what I plan to do because I love the svt contours so much that I will put a SVT Contour badge on my car and say that mine was the "special" SVTour that was very limited in production.

Daaang!!! I could go jump a cliff...now I cant roll with the big dogs any more :-(...oh well. I will still annoy you guys and mess up your formation when cruising down the highways :-D

It must be painful to go from hopes of an SVTC to a Focus. I'm sorry.

Hmmmmm, maybe we'll let you "cruise" with us as long as you stay at least 10 car lengths back! :p

That does suck that you couldn't find a tour, but if it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be. Maybe some day. Look on the bright side, you can get HIDs for your fungus! But act now! get my cell # from Brian and I'll get you the hook up!

Man it is a sad story...BUT!...For the Focus being a new car there is sOoooooooo MUCH CRAP out there for that car! I swear you could pimp that thing out like no other! My buddy has the hatch back one...two door...and that thing is almost as sweet as my car ! BUT anyway...good luck with the CAR!

yeah Davo it is. I was depressed and still am that I could not get my SVT Tour (but will still get it someday). Or the SVT Fungus. hopefully I can vicariously live my dreams through you all

Outlawd you bet your *** I do! I was looking it all up today. Can't wait til I get my turbo for my fungus. There are some nice looking funguses out there. But for now (after my car is broken in) I will stick with aesthetics. My first project is to install a tachnometer since mine does not have one and its very annoying, and to get the windows tinted. But I cant start til late august or early sept. Gotta pay for school and tags and all that good stuff.

Oh and mine is the color I said I wouldn't get. Yep its CD silver. But drool over this Wings west kit front and wings west kit back ....ooooooooh you want a focus too!!!!! :p

Yeah Phat I heard you had yours for sale, but I wanted a stock SVT so I could build from there you know.

At least im in the same vehicle family and when we cruise they dont have to say "Hey look at those SVT's" They could say "Hey look at those Fords!"

I can't say a whole lot...the after market for your car keeps getting bigger, while ours goes down.
