225/50/16 is a completely different story. Thats a 16x6" rim vs. a 17x7.5".

So yes you can run a 225 on a 16" rim w/out much of a worry. Hence the reason Buckshot can get away with 245s! eek . On a 17" rim, you can do it, but be prepared to be rolling the fenders or learning to live with some rub, depending on the offset of the wheel, thats why I asked that above.

With my 40mm offset, I have the tiniest amount of rub on my right (passanger) side. And that is with a 215, if I had gone with a 225, my fenders would already be rolled! smile

Go with the S-03s though, you won't be disappointed with the performance or noise levels, and it may be partially b/c of my suspension, but with the 17s and Eibachs it feels just like the stock ride, if not a bit softer.
