As odd as it may sound, I have heard on more than one account of using an apple.
Specifics I do not know, but I think you cut the apple in halves and park the car in a dark enviroment (i.e. garage) for about 48 hours. Depending on the power of the smoke, I guess it couldn't hurt to use more than 1. If I was doing it, I would probably put one on each corner, drivers side under dasah, passanger side under dash, and behind the front seats.
Even if it doesn't work, you are out what, $3 for 2 big fat apples?
I think the main storage facility for the odor would be the headliner, assuming it is a cherokee or similar. If its a Wrangler/CJ, then tell her to put the top down and quit her biatchin'
