I thought I did...
He has a radio show and a tv show on Fox Sports Net...he takes his show on the road like 3-4 times a year..this year he's coming to KC...

Guests include:
Tony Gonzalez
Dick Vermiel
George Brett

Possibly:
Roy Williams
Tom Watson
Mike Sweeney

It's basically a big a$$ party down at Municipal Aud...Then he will be at the Royals/Cardinals game that night, reportedly to throw out the first pitch, etc...

BTW, I am stuck in a work vehicle most of the day...not exactly a killer system there, so I listen for entertainment...

Eric L Jim Rome is the "Zaino" of sports talk, I mean the "Mequiars" of sports talk :p Sometimes he talks about his Merkur that he had back in college, classic story about it wink If your into sports, even a little bit, you gotta listen to his show. Also it does take some getting used to, he always says give it a couple weeks because you'll not get it right away, mainly because of the sarcasism, which is what makes the show laugh Then theres the callers....Jeeeeeeeeeeef from Richmond, Jeff "bumping around on a car phone" in Phoniex and my favorite caller ever Terrence from Sierra Mondray cool also Don in NoCal is good too! I was hoping we'd get a Tour stop too, but seeing how the Wings aren't going anywhere, you heard it here first, and with the Pistons making it to the Eastern conference finals, you heard that here first too, I thought we'd get the 1st one, oh well you deserve it and enjoy the party smile

To get a good sample of the show, listen this Friday the 19th, its the "Smackoff 2002". This is when the "clones" crack on each other, sports misfits, the world in general and NECKCAR, to name a few. Like I said before, if your into sports even a little bit, you gotta listen, especially this Friday wink Wore Tigers going 0-162, wore Merkur stretch limo for the DTown tour stop, wore WRC in the U.S.A.,wore Jay Leno jokes and I'm out laugh
