I've been thinking of getting rid of my 98.5 SVT. It is in great condition with 65k and virtually no modifications other than the addition of a rear spoiler and some stereo upgrades. Asking price is near the top of your range but worth it. Unfortunality I owe very little on the car so something like taking over payments probably not an option.
