Yes, you certainly can attend both. The way they're set up is more "classroom"/instruction oriented in the morning, more test & tune/seat time for everyone in the afternoon. If you want to do the full instruction both times, you're more than welcome to. If you want to do the instruction the first time and use the second one for seat time with less of an emphasis on "here's how to autocross", don't worry about getting to the second one early. You'll still have seat time. I am working hard to bias these events toward seat-time for newbies.
