Depends how you want them to operate. If you want them authentic as in Europe, flashers only, then you do not need any resistors. If you want them to be on with the parking lights and flash then you need the resisotrs and such.
When I was going to do mine, I wanted them authnetic and only as flashers, so I was not planning on doing any wiring except direct to the turn signals wires.
