Well I have been thinking about this for quite some time, but anyways have you ever been the person that helps out with stuff and doesn't get anything in return? I was remembering the times I have helped a friend out with something. There are times fellow CEGers want me to do something for them so I go out of my way and do whatever they need for them. Why do I do this? Because I like to help them out. Do I expect something in return? NO!! Do I hear "Thank You" for what I did. Yes, but for two seconds then they are off doing whatever the f*** they wan to. Do I ever see them again? Maybe a month later, then i hear thanks again. It ticks me off that I go out of my way to help fellow CEGers and they don't do anything to appreciate it. I have spent my money and used my tools to do the stuff I do for them. What gives me the reason to spend my money for someone that will go off and I will never see again? I like doing this. This doesn't mean I want to stop talking to you or hanging out with you. I was curious do people hang out with you trying to warm you up for what the want done then they say "good-bye?" I am not going to bring up names, but there are a few of you guys on here. But then there are those of you I have helped out, but also you have helped me in return. I just want a reason from someone why I should help these people or you out again. I friggen bust my ass. So if anyone wants something done by me again prove to me that I should help. It has been buggen me since last summer. I have worked on at least 7 Contours and a 454SS pickup. I would say 3 Contours proved to me that I should help them again. Does anyone else get what I am saying. Or did you read this and say "what the f***?" I no it's rambling, but if you are in the same boat then this rambling has to make sense. Sorry but this has been bottled up for months. Just wanted to see if anyone here has experienced what i have.

Anyone here feel they have the right to be Moderator? I feel as if I am getting sick of looking at this site. Seems like people are on here to f*** eachother over. I say a lot about people behind their back and I know others on here do as well. I don't think that is right of me as a Moderator. This site helps me out when needed and has made me become closer with people I have never thought I would meet. That's all I am thankful for in this website. I think I need to get away from this board for a while. I just want to hit someone. So if you want the Moderator position let me know and I will contact Lance K. for ya. Sorry guys.

What happen Sam, have a bad day? Sorry to tell you but as you go through life you will always run in to people you described. They ask you for your help and you gladly do, but when you need help they're always busy.
But what is more important is you will meet people you will become friends with. These people you will come to count on and them will count on you.
People like you described I call users and will move on when you don't volunteer. Just concentrate on the ones you can count on.

Sam what gives? I am a little out of the loop but, I don't mind sweat on other peoples rides doing some helping here and there. Sometime I can't and I feel bad about it.

Well Hiatt see I do major work. I sweat my ass off and all I ask for is a little appreciation. I hate those people that want your help then say good bye and thats the last time you see them for a good while. you dont understand do you? you ever work on someones car? give me a break. geez. man i said i was venting. i am sure you guys have tried to vent about something.

Hey Sam I don't know what to say. We have hung out alot and hopefully many more times and I'm sorry that you were brought to feel this way,but that is life. It sux sometimes and I'm sorry that you feel that way. I feel that I didn't get any credit on helping you with your hood and G/C's you made a post saying that YOU put your G/C's on I know I only helped with the front , but still no grattitude so in that aspect I know what your saying. I'm not trying to start anything, but it did kind of hurt when you took all the credit on that. I know how it feels, but I don't care if nobody helps me I just want to friends with everybody and if someone needs help I want to be there and I don't care if they never help me I just know that I feel good knowing that I helped them out. So please re think your ways you are a great friend at don't let others bring you down you might hurt the ones that matter. You are on this board more than anybody heck you are the only one that has 3 screen names. We need you on this board and I'm going to speak for everybody when I say Thanks. Looks like we need a clean Sams car day.
