I just emailed you a parts request at your shamrock address. Let me know if you can help. Thanks Bill, good to have you back. Here's what I sent when you asked for help with recommendations:
Dear Linda,
I understand you've been in contact with our beloved Ford parts guy, Bill Jenkins, concerning an internet coordinator position at a Ford dealership in/near Las Vegas. My Ford relationships were all but defunct until I found Bill, having experienced poor workmanship, poor customer service, and just a general all around bad vibe about my local Ford dealerships in Des Moines, Iowa. Let me tell you that all of that changed when I met this guy named Bill Jenkins from halfway across the country. His knowledge base and willingness to help have been unmatched when it comes to tracking down "this one part that I heard about on Contour.org" or describing the part from under your hood and/or faxing him hand drawn pictures (my personal favorite). My first part from Bill was actually ordered by my girlfriend as a Christmas present for me over two years ago, the revised cup holders for '99+ Contours which my early '99 didn't have. She made the comment about "This nice man from Boston". I've purchased all of our car parts since then for my '99 Contour and my girlfriend's '00 Mustang GT convertible from Bill. People need a part, we point them straight to Bill, not their local dealership. That says a lot...
That "get it done" work attitude and his ability to help us find the right part (plus that great Boston accent!) puts him higher than all others combined in my book. Right now, it's not the Ford vehicle quality keeping me driving a Ford, it's Bill. Hire him and you will have my business now as well as the future in addition to 80% of the other Contour, Mystique, and Cougar owners that hit our forums.
Sincerely,
Brad Noon BNMotorsports.com
I forgot to mention... I'll be in Vegas in the beginning of December (2nd through the 6th IIRC), I plan on meeting you then if you'll be around. See you later!

Glad to hear that you got the job, Bill. Below is the email that I sent for you. BTW, your boys at Century still haven't sent me my floor mats.
Ms. Gantverg;
I understand that Bill Jenkins is applying for a position as internet coordinator for your dealership. I would like to this opportunity to highly recommend Bill for this position. Bill served me three times while working at his previous position at Century. Each time, Bill was informative, courteous, and prompt. He worked to answer any questions as quickly and as accurately as possible. I live in Colorado and Bill utilized the internet to serve me from the east coast. Obviously, he has the qualities and experience to be a valuable asset to your dealership through the internet coordinator position.
Thank you for your time.

I'll look you up next time in Vegas. My BIL lives out there, so I'll need to stop by.
If Mercury gets a Mondeo, or a stick shift V8 Lincoln LS, I'll have to look you up for a possible car sale.
Otherwise, it's probably BMW 3er or possibly an IS300 (That instrument cluster thought, blech!)
