sounds like you got a lot of fans, bill. maybe i should order my stuff from you from now on - i spent 20 minutes trying to explain to my local ford dealership parts guy that i needed a replacement clip that covers the jacking point in the sideskirt. those damn things fall off all the time, i cant believe he's never had anyone come in and replace them before??? i was about to go outside and point at the big hole in the sideskirt and say "fix it." sigh....

Congrats Bill! Good to hear you've setup shop again. I'll likely be needing some more parts here soon. I'll be ringing you. I'll also pass my buddy on to you who's been redoing his Lincoln Mark VIII.
BTW - check yo PM's
Again, congratulations!
I love my Contour to death, but my 'vette is still my #1 baby. There's money to be made in racing. I should know. I put a lot of it there. You can make a small fortune in racing. Start with a large one. How fast do you want to go...how much money do you have? You can fix a lot of things, but you can't fix stupid!

Congrats Bill...good on ya! Here's what I wrote anyways:
Dear Linda,
I understand that Bill Jenkins is seeking a position concerning an internet coordinator position at a Ford dealership in Las Vegas, NV. I am writing to recommend Bill for this position as I truly believe he would be an incredible asset to your company. I also live in Las Vegas and have had the pleasure of doing business with Bill from when he was in Boston. His knowledge of our cars and his customer service skills surpass everything I have experienced in the past when dealing with not just Ford representatives, but most other car manufactures also. Hire Bill and you would have even more of my business as now he would be just a car drive away!
Sincerely,
Simon Williams.

I just want to thank all of you that sent those nice words to Linda @ Signature. It gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside to think that I actually mean that much to the CEG. Now I hope I can live up to those standards You guys were a great help to me and I will try my best to return the favor. Since I will be doing this fulltime, I want you to tell all of your Ford/Lincoln/Mercury friends that I can sell anything to them at the same price. Since my pay is now much more sales oriented, I need to sell a little more than I used to. Also remember if your in town to look me up. Once again, thanks! and remember that I will not be starting until 06-01-02, and I will be on a dial-up accoutn until 07-01-02 (can you imagine that ) Then I guess they are getting a T1 line, and better PC's.

Bill!
Glad to see you are back in business! I missed having you around, and there have been plenty of inquiries on how to hang the SVT Exhaust on the non-SVT Tours. You are the ONLY reference I have given for parts, since the kit for hanging the exhaust, that you put together, is COMPLETE.
I'm glad to see you back in the automotive profession. I was really afraid that we had lost someone, actually our only link, to a very competent parts supplier.
Bill, don't ever change.

I too will probably order parts from you too only because of all the people who pretty much think you rock!

Now...how about that Cougar shifter you showed us? And pedals? Yeah, congratulations. I have been waiting to get that shift knob too. I also really liked the way the "defective" svt floor mats fit. The car I put them in had some cheap aftermarket mats. My daughter is driving that one...since mine has a tan interior. Anyway since mine also has cheap after-market mats, I was planning to find out what set of oem mats in tan would cost me to get from you.
