Didn't know you busted two of them Rick, sorry to hear about that. Merlin, I think it would be a little difficult to get a warranty claim, based on the facts that 1) The struts have been cut apart and converted to coil-overs, and 2) They are physically, externally damaged. Worth trying I suppose, especially on the back one since it doesn't look damaged, but I would be very surprised if you got anything out of Koni.
Now, this whole supercharged 3L thing is very interesting. How soon do you think that will all come together? I'd make another trip to Iowa to see it run!
