It was indeed Phil's wife! She came home and told me the story first thing. She was quite excited about the whole deal, and enjoyed getting a chance to play around in the car a little bit (while she was driving it, of course). I figured it must be someone on the list. Glad to hear she appeared attractive (I think so too :)), and the upper-20's age was exactly right (27).
To positively identify the car in the future; it has an original circular CEG sticker at the top of the back window, and tint all the way around.
We're not sticklers about wearing our wedding rings (both of us are laughing that you waved with you're right hand), and I don't think she was wearing her's that day.
She say's 'you're welcome' by the way!
