Hey Merlin,- They are still putting the motor in my truck. It should be done by Thursday. You will probelly see it Friday night. I will be driving it everywhere!! I got to put some miles on her so that I can put on all of the mods. Catchya this weekend-Neil

Correct Bethany is straigh north by Iowa. Small town. In Bethany there is "famous" Jerry Ray McDaniel he is so crazy.. but cool. He is probably 22 and then his cousin is Jeremy VanMeter and he drag races in Bethany he is probably about 25 or so. Then The older VanMeters own a station there. But if you are related to Jerry Ray then you must be the man! Let me know!

Phat - It is definately your red SVT that I've seen in Liberty. The distinct memory I have is seeing it going the other way on 152 at I-35; we were both snarled in traffic. :rolleyes: Would be funny if your mom and I ran into each other on the street -two old ladies racing red Contours. Merlin - It was good to meet you at the autocross last month - always great to put a face with a name. Liberty stuff - a word to the wise...I often take the twisty country road that goes between Liberty Drive (at the Pleasant Valley / Liberty Drive exit) to Withers Road (you come out on Withers Rd by the school). It's barely two lanes wide but there's rarely any traffic. Anyway, if it's one any of you take for fun, beware that they have lowered the speed limit to 25 for much of it (from 35) and they were running radar in an unmarked car yesterday - as my husband painfully found out (64 mph). Too bad, that was one of my favorite drives around here. Another curvy drive is Highway H out of Liberty to Hwy JJ. You end up at 210 which isn't fun but it gets you back home.
