Doesn't matter, any Ford part number can be ordered by any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealership.
Hell, I take my car to the local Lincoln/Mercury dealership for Warranty service!
Lets see, so far they have replaced my dash (recall), fixed a few squeeks in the rear end and ordered me a new headlight b/c mine was fogging up when I wash it. Hell of a lot better service than I ever expect from a Ford dealership. Did I mention I had my 94 T-Bird worked on there a few times too? Not under warranty, but it has the same internals as a Cougar, different shell.
