That is crazy! I was in total disbelief. He died doing what he loved....but has a family that he left behind.

I am still in shock. I cannot believe it. As crazy as he was, I honestly didn't think he'd die from an animal attack of any kind. He's had SO many over the years. God Bless Terri, Bindi, and Bob. This really sucks.

I know, its sad. I couldnt believe it either, and the way of death is just astounding, it almost sounds like its something that should be in a movie.

I'm sorry to hear this. He definitely pushed the edge but he was a great friend to wildlife and conservation. May he rest in peace.

Oh my god ... I can't believe it  !!! What a freak accident . Only a couple people in the world have ever been killed by a stingray - what a shame it had to be him (not that I'd want to substitute anyone) . That barb could've hit him anywhere , and from the latest reports , it definately hit him right in the heart . A real shame - rest in peace , croc hunter .
