You definately do not want to add universal spacers and use your stock lugnuts/bolts

what we did for my car was to buy 2 of the H&R spacer kits for my car.. I ended up going with 15mm in the front and 30mm in the rear.. You wont need anything as drastic as this as my car has custom flares and I also wanted to fill it better..

the 15mm spacers come with extended hardened lug studs which you use.

the 30mm spacers bolt onto the car using your lugnuts but then have 4 brand new extended studs which you use to attach to your wheels.. it completely replaces your lug area.

I think they make the spacers in 5 and 10mm sizing as well - these will come like my 15mm spacers and provide you with new hardened longer studs which will not break and can handle the weight

they are sorta pricey but they are worth it.. and keep in mind that you wont want to skimp on these items if you do need them
