Yep, it's dropped drastically here. I don't expect it to continue...
I paid $2.53 yesterday at Sams, it's the lowest I've seen.
I think we're gonna go fill up our Suburban at that price though too. 45 gal X 2.53 = 115.00 vs 45 gal X 2.80 = 126. Not that big of a deal unless you have to do this once a month!

first of all, LUCKY MOTHER [censored]>.. secondly, a number of factors contributes one of which being NO HURRICANES OR TROPICAL STORMS. Second is PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST IS INCHING CLOSER. Thirdly is, IRAN WILL NEGOCIATE ITS NUCLEAR program. And there are other factors happening as well,
In Canada I paid 75.5 cents/litre (I have 4 cents off per litre or 15.12 cents per gallon discount). But still that's low, also what I'm telling you is that the US is the biggest consumer of crude oil and gasoline (curse your taste for SUVs and BIG TRUCKS) so you're paying...
66 or 67 cents PER LITRE which if converted to CDN is... 74 or 75 cents which puts you at the exact same level we're at. So ya it's not just where you guys are, we have the same kind of 'brea' going on.
ALl I know is that I've filled up 2 of my containers with regular, 1 20L (5 gallon) container with premium, and loaded my car to the top with Shell V-power premium

$2.79 for regular as given by bostongasprices.com. I haven't had to fill up my car since Tuesday (miracle of miracles, I'm serious!) since I moved and am now taking the subway to work, though I will fill again today before heading to Manchvegas.

I believe. It happens every year. Gas goes up and then gas goes down. When gas prices decline, so do the posts about high gas prices. I bet a search would reveal me saying so last year.

just dropped from $2.72 yesterday to $2.69 for regular on base here. Off base it's probably $2.71 I'd say.
