though, i thought he mas making more hp than that.

His car wasn't running on all cylinders. I believe a plug wire came undone, but Jim can clear that up. I don't think Harold was happy that he wasn't able to be behind the wheel of his own car, so he wasn't going to let him spray, or go to full redline. If I had to guess, that car was making closer to 700+ HP at that time. He's since upgraded the turbo.
