Its not "slow" so much as the fact that they have no regard for the left lane as the PASSING lane. It's not just another lane to occupy while you talk on the cell phone. I'm getting so sick of passing these a-holes on the right. Theres so many times I'll go over to the right lane of a 3 lane highway just to pass a group of cars that are taking up the left and middle lane... all tailgating eachother waiting for the other to move over while the right lane is perfectly clear
If you are in the left lane and there is somebody on your ass wanting to go faster and the right lane is clear.. MOVE OVER!!
