It really is sad. It has been over a month ago that some idiot totaled my Contour. They have offered me a check for my car, yes, but they have not settled with me for all the property in my car. System, Car alarm, etc. They keep jerking me around, it is nuts! I finally got sick of my bitchy ass claim handler there and I am doing my buisness with her supervisor now. Pieces of my amps broke, he told me to call some shops to find out how much it would be to fix. The shops wanted to see the amps so I told the supervisor that, he then tried to settle with me for $200 for the amps. I said, heck no, I haven't even had anyone look at them yet! Custom fabricating metal brackets on amps and he is trying to settle with me? What a joke.
Anyway, if you get in a car accident and you find out someone has St. Paul Travelers, you should be very pissed. There customer service is horrid and they hire imcompetent people to work there. Very sad.
