Becareful with that position. The AZ i worked at in college had huge turn-over problems as well as employee theft.
They fired everyone in the store including the manager twice that I know of, all over theft. watch your employees and be careful. I haven't known anyone to stay in an AZ management position very long.
I'm sure your store will be totally different. Congrats on the promo!

Our managers tend to last for awhile... Out of my time there, I've only done one CEL for a 99 CSVT. Had a bad O2 sensor. Was in good condition too. I try to be fair as possible, hopefully ends up well until I get out of college. I just want money
