this thread is honestly quite silly lol
if people want BLUE/PURPLE HID's then they have every right to get it, all that I bicker about is that if your improving your lighting then one should take into consideration that getting blue will only hinder your lighting instead of making it better, thats all..Im done..

But you must realize, not everyone buys HID's for improved lighting. Some people actually like the look of the color  Its different strokes for different folks. Like I said, some people would prefer buying a conversion kit for 200 bucks over fitting projectors for 1 G. And that extra 800 bucks could be used towards something worth while (.02 cents). The constant flaming about 6 to 8 k HID's is kind of silly if you ask me.

my lights werent $1k btw, they were $630...my whole lighting setup which included HID's, Projectors and misc. stuff added up to $1K..

You argue that the 800 bucks could be spent on something worth while.. same with the 200 bucks you just spent on HID's that only hinder your lighting performance.
Then you say different strokes for different folks, exactly.. Goonz and probably 80% of this board hate HID's that glare and bounce everywhere blinding incoming traffic, and would rather spend the 800 bucks and get lights that look great and perform great. Their stroke is for lights that actually work and that actually perform, whereas from your point of view it only matters if they look cool so you can spend the next 800 bucks on Performance parts and the like.
