I know that some of the early '06s had a problem with highly excessive oil consumption that could ultimately lead to fires. But to my knowledge there's been no campaign to replace engines by Nissan at all unless they were directly affected by that recall. It wasn't a recall, in that they replaced all the engines, but they did replace engines on those that were affected. I suppose it's possible that they were able to determine it was affected within just 150 miles.
