Don't eat bad stuff. And don't drink bad drinks. Just water or occasional diet soda (I liked pepsi one when I was removing my chubbyness). And of course exercise. You can fit atleast one hour of exercise into your schedule every day. Now, I just eat 3 meals a day, rarely having a snack and I'm almost too skinny (140 @ 5'10").
