I had a great time. The KC crowd is a great group of car nutz! Can't believe that there's a bigger gadget man than Peat, but Tim takes it hands down.
What a great day, but who was that OF in the Grand Caravan? ;-)

Yeah, I was kinda wondering who that OF in the soccer-mom-mobile was! But I hear he has access to some other cool cars! J/K I think we had a total of 12 cars at the end, but remember we lost 4 SVT's before we hit the restauraunt. Then add the 3 Subarus, thats 15, add friends and signifigant others, means we had close to 30 people! That is pretty good IMO! Maybe planning 2 months ahead of time does pay off! Hell, maybe we should start planning our next meet now!

Gosh the name is on the tip of my tongue. He works for AT&T on Sun equipment, had an SVT Contour and traded it for a Miata, he does some free lance auto writing as well. Here it is Hugo Becker. I knew if I'd put all of the pieces down in front of my eyes that the name would come. Cheers, TB Originally posted by Eric L: Yeah, I was kinda wondering who that OF in the soccer-mom-mobile was! Sorry I missed out on the bar, but I had to get home and work on the garage. I went to opening day at KCIR and ran my best ever!!! I ran a 14.81@93.8mph with a 2.28 60 foot and going into a constant 15mph headwind!!!! Hope to see some of you guys at the track. ReallyGettingToBeOF, Thanks for not showing us all up by putting the "Sport" mamma van on the dyno. For those of you who didn't get a chance to see Tim K's gadgets, take a look next time. The poor guy has lost so much weight from having to choose between food and the electronic gizzmos. For the next big event, we need to make sure that we advertise for all ages. We try to go to a restraunt for every one. ------------------ Greg Litterick 98 E0 T-Red #613

Next up is the remote tire pressure sensor that someone posted on the main list a week or so ago. Sure could come in handy for something! ------------------ Timothy Kirk My99SVT on aim Tim@my99svt.net My try at a webpage! http://www.my99svt.com/ www.SVTperformance.com

Let me guess, You can have that super gadget alarm connect up to the remote tire pressure kit Originally posted by My99SVT: Next up is the remote tire pressure sensor that someone posted on the main list a week or so ago. Sure could come in handy for something!

That'd be cool. When the alarm went off, the pressure sensor can let all the pressure out of the tires. Of course, when Tim is showing off how loud the alarm is, he needs to be next to an air pump. Maybe fit an air pump in the trunk for automatic re-inflate? Go! Go! Tim! ------------------ Greg Litterick 98 E0 T-Red #613 [This message has been edited by litrbox (edited March 07, 2001).]
