It is definately a go. Heck, Sun will even be buying the gas. I have a 6AM service call in Columbia, MO. Should take about 60 minutes, then off to KC. I may be late to the dyno. If someone would like to provide a cell phone contact number in a private e-mail, I'd appreciate it. You know, just in case someone gets lost, etc. Cheers, TB ------------------ Tony Boner Candidate for ICBM LauncherPersonal: tboner@mvp.net Work: tony.boner@central.sun.com Saving the computer world from WinBloze as Unix/Solaris/Java Guru * Sun Microsystems Rocks * http://www.sun.com Goofing off with cars ****************** Duratec Vehicles This Just In, Tony has a "new" SVT1998 Contour SVT E0 Stock 618/6535 Born On Date: 4/30/1997 2000 Mazda MPV (Yes 2.5L Duratec): Bone Stock ****************** Non-Duratec Vehicles Daily Driver: 1987 Buick LeSofa^H^H^H^HSabre 3.8L V6 -- 150HP AND 215ft/lbs torque

I'll be the "outsider" dynoing the Maxima. I'm testing out a revised stock intake vs my old HKS intake. I'm excited to see some SVT run on the dyno. The last 2.5s I saw dyno were about 8 Probe GTs putting down 135 fwhp and 130 fwtq. It was disappointing to see such low numbers. I'm sure the SVT 2.5 will easily show up the GT 2.5. Hopefully the snow will melt by Friday so I can get my car halfway clean. See you guys there.

Don't worry DaveB, you'll see higher than 135 FWHP. May not quite match your 176, but my SVT made 169.9 FWHP and its only mod is an open-element K&N filter. Others were higher. Coincidentally, the last time we dynoed we also brought along one of my friends who has a 96 Max SE. With a K&N filter, a chopped up stock intake, and a Dynomax UltraFlo muffler, he was at 175 FWHP. If he weren't in Kalamazoo Michigan at school right now, I'd tell him to join us so you'd have someone to talk to . Phil E1 SVT

Looks like I'm out guys. I had some unexpected bills come in. That leaves me without the funds to make it. Sorry. I wish I could go. But it's better this way trust me. I don't wanna have to show up the Supercharged SVT! ------------------ Timothy Kirk My99SVT on aim Tim@my99svt.net My try at a webpage! http://www.my99svt.com/ www.SVTperformance.com
