SVT has a sportier clutch that is much stiffer and engages higher than the one your SE. That is normal for the car. Would you be getting rid of your SE to get the SVT or do you plan to have both? I'd say 16 would be fair if the car is perfect. Just keep in mind that you'd be paying pretty close to retail price for the car, and if you wanted to say, trade it to a dealer, you'd take a few thousand dollar hit on it.
