Well, today i drove an SVT for the very first time. Check my signature below to see my ride. Anyways, it was a 2000 with 8000 miles on it. the first difference i noticed was that the clutch felt really tight or grasping compared to my se sport which has 18000 miles on it. kind of weird. I noticed a fair amount more torque in the lower rpm range, but once i went past 3.5 k on the tach, my sport felt just as fast if not maybe a wee bit quiker. I am possibly looking to buy this car. the guy wants 16,900 for it with only 7400 miles and it is a 2000 with every option available. good buy? and why was the clutch so stiff?
