I don't know if that is a factory option or aftermarket job. Believe it or not, there is a HUGE aftermarket for cloth roofs. The manufacturers actually try to discourage the aftermarket installation of these things now, but dealers and aftermarket installers make a killing on them. I think they're fugly. Especially on a contemporary car.
