Our mortgage will be paid off in 2 months but we still have 2 vehicle payments. Pay off any credit cards monthly. 6 figures in retirement savings and 10K in a mutual fund for emergency. Other than that all the usual monthly bills, i.e., utilities, cable/internet, groceries and gas. Always some left over each month for fun or weekly dinners out.
