NH has all those state park things like exploring natural caves or water falls - stuff like that.
It's quite a drive from where you're located though.
I'm sure MA must have similar places, I'm just not aware of them.
You could hit up Boston-Providence skydive center.

Do some good ol' tandem skydiving (pricey, especially if you pay for the video/photo guy).
You could do an amusement park day - Six Flags or whatever.
Maybe do a Duck Boat tour in Boston and then hit up the north end for dinner afterward.
