Yeah, that truck is identical to the Ford Ranger, meaning it is built by Ford at the same assembly plant as the Ranger and is mechanically identical as well, just has different badging and a couple of exterior details. Look up info for the 1995 Ford Ranger and you should be able to get whatever you want.
The Ranger/B-series trucks are reliable vehicles from what I've seen with family and friends who have owned them in the past. Stay away from 4wd Rangers and B-series though, because they are less reliable (more to go wrong, and the parts that go wrong are parts that wear after time), also the 4wd models with four-cylinder engines tend to be dogs when the 4wd is engaged. 4wd also cuts down on the fuel economy.
BTW, either you made a mistake giving us the info for the truck or the listing you looked at was wrong. The B-series truck was named B2300, B3000, B4000 for 1995. The number after the B indicates what engine the truck has. The B3000 has a 3.0L V6 with 140hp and 160 ft-lb of torque. The automatic transmission is a 4 speed.
