I get about 10 spam emails everyday (just enought to be annoying). Bellsouth has a spam reporting email address where I can foward the spam email as an attachment. Will it help if I foward the spam emails to thisisspam@bellsouth.net or is it a waste of time.

Seems to me that even if it is a waste of time, it shouldn't take more than 5 seconds to forward the e-mail on. Might as well do it, unless you don't have a single minute to spare. They might ban the IP address, you never know.
