Sounds like you are doing anything you consider meaningful. Maybe it's the town and maybe you haven't found a woman worth your time. We all go thru it. Make a change or stay the course, do whatever works for you. You are young, I'd travel and or find a job in a new bigger city and start fresh.
I've always lived in a big city so, although I may know one person in the bar I don't know everyone and it's easy to find a good one where I don't know any.
