I love the idea and setup though.
"Futuristic", Haha. Many of those "futuristic" lines were appearing on Benzes 2 generations ago. In fact, that car is the F200 concept car from 1996.

I don't think I could drive with a joystick. My hands are very shaky sometimes. A person would probably need steady hands to use the joystick.

not entirely true, my 1969 lincoln had all that...
yeah power accessories are nothing new, cars in the 50's had power windows and stuff.
