X2!!!
X3.
and those wheels are hideous. look like a cheese gratter. Interior looks more like a cockpit than anything, and why would they duplicate all the instruments? Seems like a waste of space and money to me.

Except the joystick in the car. The rest of the car is a pos. I like that the display can be on both sides. The driving ability would be conducted by the stick, which is kool.
The rims are fugly.

Wasn't that on the auto show circuit like 10 years ago.

The Mercades S class was always the first to have everthing, power windows, power locks, heated seats, ABS, and so on... Every time a new one comes out it shows off some sweet new feature... Like the current new one has infared cameras that display the road in front of your car at night on in the gauge cluser (which is one big LCD screen) as clear as day. I love how futurisitic the car looks, I would change the rims though, they just dont seem to flow with the rest of the car...
I love the idea and setup though.
Remeber Cadillac is also up there on "Firsts."
First electric system on a mass produced car (generator, battery, headlights, starter), heated seats back in the 60s (using engine coolant circulated in the seats), dual airbags in 1974 (all full size GM cars had them as an option between 74-76), and night vision on the 2000-ish Deville (like you mentioned on the new S-Class).
I don't care to look up to see who was first with those and others, but I know Mercedes always trailed behind Caddy until the 70s when they overtook the lead (and are now WAY past).
The "S" on the left of the circular registration tags means Stuttgart. So far I've seen two prototype Mercedes driving around there, both SUVs. One was lightly camoflauged with just the badge on the grille covered, the other was a bug SUV (like full size GM/Ford size) fully camo'd and escorted by a brand new S-Class (which was WAY out of place next to an Army base!).
