I have seen what you are talking about with TV's. Lots of sellers from over seas (asia) have a rating of 10 and the stuff they sell are nothing. Then they sell a Sony Bravia for 400 bucks. I think its a scam especially when it goes overseas and you cannot deal with the same laws as here. I would watch out for items like that. If its to good to be true then it probably is when your dealing with ebay.
