Clubbing them is a bit screwed up, but this is a country that executes people and charges the family for the price of the bullet.
Yeah I dont have a problem with that, as much as I do with the beating to death of the animals. A bullet to the ferrell would be an entirely different story.

It is "feral", meaning wild.

We will remember that when something bad happens to you or your family! Think of how tramatic of an eperience it would be if you were 10 years old and some [censored] ran up and beat your dog to death. Honestly.

Second Chinese city orders mass dog slaughter
China is going to kill 500,000 more dogs. It seems like they would give the dogs rabies vaccines.

I don't think anyone mentioned that they clubbed the dogs instead of shooting them because it would have cost a lot more money.

I will send over every bit of ammo I can get my hands on if they start killing the people that decided that this was the way to take care of the problem. I dare anyone to fawk with my dogs. You have a better chance of survival if you mess with my wife than you do if you mess with my dogs...kick my bike over and you will most likely survive...but touch my dogs in any way to harm them and you will die a slow painful death. The Chinese are one effed up society and need to be dealt with. This sickens me to no end. How about shots...vaccinations...tests...bunch of dumbarses
People suck.
Rev it till it MELTS.....

It happens here too, if on a smaller scale. The zoo should have refused to kill the animals and forced the child to take responsibility for her actions. The bad parents are teaching her bad lessons in responsibility.
Zoo Meerkats Killed, Test Negative For Rabies
(WCCO) Apple Valley, Minn. Five Minnesota Zoo meerkats that were destroyed after a girl was bitten when she reached into the animals' exhibit tested negative for rabies the zoo said Friday.
The two adult meerkats and their three offspring had been vaccinated for rabies, but the state Department of Health ordered them killed and tested because the girl's parents didn't want her to have to undergo rabies shots if they weren't necessary.
"It's unfortunate," said zoo collections manager Tony Fisher. "But we understand we have to do that. We want to make sure that people are safe."
He said there was little to no chance that any of the animals carried the disease, but the zoo had to destroy them all because it couldn't determine which one bit the girl.
Meerkats are a relative of the mongoose and are native to the African desert. They have been on display at the zoo for about four years. The animals are popular in zoos because they are curious and bold -- but they are not tame.
"They shouldn't have died," Gerodie Tangen, 9, said. "Just look at them and take pictures if you have a camera, pretty much."
But they are wild animals, as one animal keeper reminded everyone.
"We handle them with thick leather gloves," Fisher said. "They're not pets."
The 9-year-old girl had climbed atop rock outcropping on Wednesday and reached over a glass barrier when she was bitten. The girl and her parents were not identified.
"It's our job as parents to make sure the kids stay where they should and they don't climb over partitions where they shouldn't go," Susan Tangen of Inver Grove Heights, Minn. said
Others agreed with the mom.
"It's terrible she was bitten but I think it's the responsibility of the adult to watch them," Apple Valley, Minn. resident Kim Meisinger said.
The exhibit is now closed while zoo workers lower the outcropping so other children won't be able to reach into the exhibit. A second group of meerkats will be moved into the outdoor exhibit from an indoor one once the modifications are finished.
"People want to have contact with these animals when they shouldn't," Fisher said. "It's just not safe. Don't try to push the barriers and touch the animals because it's the animal that ultimately suffers."
