I sell on eBay sometimes. I fill out the customs forms correctly. Buyers in the UK are always so angry to have to pay customs. I got this email today:
I have received notification from the postal service that the nosepiece is at my local post office awaiting collection and payment of �£18.47 ($35) Customs charge.
I am not happy to pay this in addition to the cost of the nosepiece and postage. How do you suggest we resolve this matter?
I fill out the custom form correctly because falsifying the form is a federal crime.
I'm guessing I might get a negative feedback but I'm not committing a federal crime. Why do the UK people get so upset when they have to pay customs?
