Well, if people really cared about quality and value, they would be sprinting away from a Toyota dealer. They deliver a mediocre product that costs thousands more than the competition. Whether you want a driving experience, features, or both, other manufacturers deliver far more for the money. The differences in reliability and dependability in most cars is very small, if people look at the facts rather than hallucinate.
I have found the service experience is completely unrelated to the marque. I have found poor, mediocre, and excellent dealers of all brands.
Of all the cars I've owned, my Toyota gave me the most problems.
