Some of us have had pretty good experience. Especially when the car was under the 3year/36k warranty. During the first year, I was treated like gold and I was encouraged to bring the car in for any single thing I found fault (because they offered a "everything is covered" policy for the first year including wear items. And it did not cost me a dime). I guess I have been one of the luckier ones when it comes to service from Ford Dealers.
Oh, and everybody knows that you take a bath when you lease a car for two years (even Japanese cars).
