That's not the only problem. Ford is suffering the effects of raping their customers raw for 20 years. My parents will never buy a Ford again due to the vehicle quality (we had seven since 1988) and way we were constantly mistreated at multiple dealerships, and the only Ford I'll buy for a very long time would be a CSVT used. I don't care how good their cars look, or if they come out with one that gets 200mpg, or are proven the safest in existence. I - and a good number of previous Ford owners - will not purchase again from Ford/Mercury, period.
